Churchville Baseball requires all managers and coaches to be responsible for controlling the actions of their players and parents so they do not verbally or physically mistreat other individuals in the program. We try very hard to teach each player the positive values of good sportsmanship, fair play, teamwork, and values that can be used throughout their lives. In order to ensure that each manager and coach is acting in the best interest of the players and for the betterment of our program, Churchville Baseball requires that all participants must follow our "Code of Conduct".
All individuals who have an interest in coaching for our program must complete a "Coaches Application" each season. All completed applications will be reviewed and prospective coaches will be notified by their age group coordinators of their status. Applications can be mailed to the address on the form or be handed in at the Churchville Recreation Center during normal business hours.
